i reckon even with VAR the goal stands. Maddison looks like his heels inadvertently clipped by defender. i like maddison floating behind Iheanacho and Barnes as a back up to Vardy. helps when their defence is shite.

Maddison has shown us what we have been missing with him out, He's is such an important player for us. I also think Tielemans has been really effective. Barnes has been excellent throughout again. Praet; anonymous but tidy when called upon as is mostly the case with him. Fofana looks excellent and Fuchs is so much better than Justin it's unreal; he's a proper defender. All in all, not bad. We do look a little toothless up front with Iheanacho though. Assists or no assists, he has been pretty useless today. The first wasn't hold up play or a clever assist, he just couldn't kick the ****ing thing before he toppled over. He should have finished it.

Keep a clean sheet and it'll be a very good start to the European campaign.
