The situation at the club isn't the same. What we need more than anything now is consistency. I agree that a second string should be more than enough to win the game but it doesn't create the same momentum. Winning is a habit.

I don't really see why Appleton would make a lot of changes and give unused/unproven players a chance when his priority will be getting to stay in charge permanently.

I think we'll possibly see Grey and Slimani tonight but nothing like a 2nd XI.

The clue is in the title: Leicester vs Dirty Leeds.

We need to protect our most precious assets, Mahrez etc., from having lumps kicked out of them. Have them on the bench in case of emergency only.

I just don't see any difference between this tie and the one vs Sheffield United a couple of rounds back.

It isn't

We will play a lot of second string players, some of whom desperately need the game time (Slimani, Amartey, Dragovic, Gray, Chilwell, Iheanacho, King)

Leeds will play their reserves

We go through to the QF

Leicester caretaker boss Michael Appleton has hinted at making several changes for Tuesday's Carabao Cup fourth-round tie with Leeds.

With Leicester facing Everton in the Premier League on Sunday, Ben Hamer, Daniel Amartey, Leonardo Ulloa and Islam Slimani are in line to start.

Ulloa and Slimani partnership...awesome.

Ulloa should never play for this club again after his last couple of performances.

If Ulloa starts then Applebaum can **** off now

If it was Ulloa and Slimani, then it would have to be hoofball. Neither of them are any good with their feet.
