Leicester's Greatest PL Game

Arsenal match was absolutely crackers. Probably my favourite but hard to vote for a draw.

United 5-3 or City 3-1 would probably get my vote.

In terms of sheer emotion, weirdly I'll always remember the 2-0 at Sunderland when we went 10 points clear and even Claudio had a wobble.

In terms of emotion, 1-0 against Newcastle last season has to be in with a shout for me. I'd gone from, 'It's not going to happen' to, 'It might really happen' about 4 games prior to that. And at that point I started feeling sick with nerves going to matches and really wasn't enjoying it until the final whistle. That was the game that convinced me that they were going to do it, regardless, and I was able to enjoy matches again.

But favourite game is still the 5-3 United game. Partly because Vardy's goal in that game is still my favourite goal.

When we beat Liverpool in that season with that great goal from Vardy was a great feeling - but I would have to go with the 5-2 win over Sunderland (2000?) with a Collymore hat-trick or as others have said, the 5-3 against Man Utd.

22nd comment someone finally mentions 5-2 against Sunderland. Jesus.

I was going to vote the 3-1 win over Man City but it wasn't on there.

That was the most surreal game I've ever watched. It was the first time I genuinely thought we could win the league.

Huth was godlike in that game.

Brilliant game, but also just a false promise.
Yes, there was a disappointing aftermath for City as Blaarev, Boc, Blue Maniac, and Camberwell Fox have all rightly pointed out, but I will also remember it for sentimental reasons as it was the last game I went to watch with my old dad - couldn't have wished for a better game to sign off an 'end of an era' feeling.

For me, it was that 5 - 3 against Manure. I ****ing hate that team and I ****ing loved it when Vardy just tore them a new one that day. All those plastic fans boo hooing, and the look on Van Gaals face as it all fell apart will live with me 'till the day I die.

Had the 5-3 been against a Ferguson team this would have won for me.

I remember reading the report on the BBC the next day, I am paraphrasing but it said Leicester fans will be waking up wondering if that really happened. It seemed at the time to be as good as it could get.

Beating West Brom in the Great Escape was indeed good, it has to be the Man City game though. That game reduced me to an emotional mess, I just couldn't process what I was witnessing.

Say what you like about Ferguson though, there's no way that 5-3 would have happened on his watch

They had some pretty embarrassing **** ups during his time too. Including that game against Southampton where they blamed the shirts...lolz

All the suggestions are strong contenders but I can't think of any greatest game poll now that can't result in something from us winning the title. Winning the Premier League. By ten points. And Man City has to be the pinnacle of that, against the pre season favourites and simply taking them apart.

Even the out of this world, never to be repeated, 5-3 win against United pales into insignificance, especially as it led to 100 days without a win!
