I think it's pretty well established by now that his name isn't de Sousa.

No disrespect BM but, can anyone confirm that? The media seems to be as ambivalent as our posters as to whether he is Paulo Sousa or Paulo de Sousa.

I know Wikipedia isn't a real source, but this tells us there's no 'de'. I'd rather trust a Portuguese source than an English one.
