I'm assuming you mean it's a Soviet side from 88 rather than the Soviet national team as surely Blokhin would have been playing for them at that time?

Soviet Union was correct. 1988 was correct. European Championships was wrong.

Was it the game Lobanovskyi played a starting XI solely of Ukrainians then? I can't think of any other historic game bar the Euros from the Soviets in 88.
