Unless it's being shown on TV somewhere in the world, it's highly unlikely that there will be a stream. Most sites, like the one you've just posted, are fake and are advertising that they have the game to get more hits on their website.

If it isn't available to watch through any of the normal UK channels (inc. Sky and ESPN) he is normally OK with it.

My take on it is that if there isn't a victim it's OK to post a link. If it's not on UK TV, people aren't going to be able to watch it legally anyway, so posting a link is OK.

If it's on UK TV, please don't post links, as the TV companies will be upset - and there's already been at least one legal case involving a site that posted links to live games. I think the site won the case, but they had so spend a fortune on lawyers to do it.

You could argue that people won't go to the match if they think they can watch it online for free - but the quality of the streams is usually so poor and unreliable I don't think anyone would choose that over the real thing.

Also please don't post links to spammy sites that claim they have the match live, when they're usually just claiming to have stuff they don't have to earn money from advertisers (often these sites contain some nasty software too).
There are a few sites that have genuine info about live streaming games (myp2p.eu for example), if it's not showing on those sites, don't bother trying to find it elsewhere, it won't be available despite the claims of some sites.
