I actually thought about going on a diet Nottm Fox style, but then I thought "I can't be arsed". I'd miss food too much.

I think a diet is in need here. When I went on my run to Leic Uni, I was fecking gone by the time I got to Woodgate Rally. Cramping up away back home, right leg still aching now.

I had a big **** off salad........ crusty bread and 3 fileted duck breasts, fryed for 15 mins and finished off in the oven to crisp them up......placed on top of said salad and scoffed.

and a carte dor tub of ice cream to finish off, the whole ****ing lot in one sitting...

all done whilst watching life on mars, parts one and two
