A tuna sandwich and a juicy pear. I'd really like some chocolate but don't have any.

(Healthy eating really is no fun)
 
4 sticks of celery, some tuna and a slice of wholemeal bread.
a bottle of low cal spring water
 
i've lost 8kg in 2 weeks :),

lunch time menu, wholegrain cob with low fat butter, a bowl of salad with olive oil, and 2 bottles of water, 1 banana
