I'd take Stearman off - everyone has a shocker at some point, and there's no point carrying it on - stick Maybury at right back, Hume right wing and stick O'Grady up front to cause some trouble.

I'd still leave RS there, it could destroy him to take him off.

I think a good kick up the arse for all of them may help, lets see if there is any improvement in the next 15 mins, then look at changing
