Micky Adams showed a bit of promise early on as a manager,but before long he demonstrated that he is generally tactically outdone by the opposition.

Since Leicester, he has struggled wherever he has gone - partly no doubt because he has gone to failing clubs.

Port Vale like many clubs reckon they are underachieving and looking for strong leadership to move forward - but I think Micky's style is too erratic these days to do them any good.

Leicesters promotion under MA will be the highlight of his managerial career imo. I'll be surprised if ever manages a prem club again.

I like him as a manager here. Ok, we didn't play the most attractive football under him, but given the dire fianancial restraints we were under, I thought he did very well.

He did a cracking job in our promotion season, and did a fairly decent job of almost keeping us up that year considering he had no funds. it all went to pot after that though
