I am sorry for trying to bring it to peoples attention.

Both in relevant threads.

Shame on you. If you end your post by saying you love tits, you'll be fine. :icon_bigg

mandaric has sanctioned the signing of perhaps 1 good player out of the 17 or 18 signed this season.

mandaric has appointed Allen as the best man for the job and found his judgement poor after only 3 games.

mandaric has failed to inspire any loyalty in megson at all, a man he rescued from 2 years of unemployment.

mandaric has failed to attract big name players and/or show the authority to push through the signature of those that he has been able to reach agreement with

mandaric has failed to succesfully prove that Leicester means any more to him than the best available gamble he could make, financially, in the current british football scene.

unfortunately mandaric is our only realistic hope of resurrecting the season and railing against him may only seal our fate. no doubt fans will be blamed for being 'poisonous' and dragging the club down with negativity, when the truth is that despite an entire pre season of preparation we ended up with 7 defenders, 1 midfielder a winger and a striker on the pitch last night. and surrendered the game wilfully to a side that has no confidence away from home and has conceded a sackful of goals this season. Poor judgement and tactics by anyones estimation.

the answers are not easy, and it will take a very strong man with a very clear vision of how to specifically take this squad forward to make the necessary changes. it might be beyond even someone as good as O'Neill was. after all it took him almost 3 months to turn around what was a pretty poor Leicester side when he joined.

I would say that the loyalty factor is very much down to Megson...

So your boss has said he'll probably sack you 20 times over, and your customers hate you, baying for you to be sacked right from your initial appointment, why would you stay in your job if something bigger and better came along?

Mandaric has got the manager, the team, and the results that he deserves.

And quite possibly City fans have got the owner they deserve too.

If Milan were to say that he had dreams, as a boy, that one day he would be Leicester manager; I would be sceptical. I don't want soft soaping; if the man is willing to risk money, for which he has worked hard, then that will do for me as a commitment.
We are all disappointed to find ourselves in the position that we now do; let us not strike out blindly, like spoilt children. I was glad that MM came in and, inspite of the current situation I do not change my mind. The most relevant remark by the Sky reporter at the Walkers today, was that Milan looked tired and drained: he is a millionaire who is not afraid to roll his sleeves up and become involved at the coal face. It drives me mad, sometimes, but I admire him for it. :038::038::038:

Would Megson have been offered the job if he hadn't been at Leicester? And do you think that it is right that you come into a job saying that it is a scandal that you haven't been given an opportunity for 18 months and have been consigned to teh scrapheap, and then you are out of there within 5-6 weeks?

I believe that there was I decent proportion of fans behind Megson before this weekend's game, but his subsequent lack of vocal support to the employer that gave him his chance when no others would and the gutless performance of his team last night he got the reaction he deserved.

Then today he is coming out asking the Chairman to clarify his future? What???? He offered him a contract (Supposedly unsigned - how is that for loyalty) and then the chairman rebuffed the requests from Bolton twice and backed him to get in a premiership striker.

Mandaric has his faults, and so do we as fans, but this is by far and away a shocking way to act.

We were third in the league when MON came in. We finished 5th. :icon_roll

MON definitely had a better squad than we do now. The team had leaders at that time, whereas you would be pushed to find someone in our playing staff that is passionate about the club.

Just had a live update on SSN - MM in his office, talking to Football League, his lawyers, and Bolton - desperate to keep GM - will talk to press when there is an update.

I dont think anything will happen today. It will be tomorrow that something will e announced.

I am disgusted.

No, I am sickened.

Hell - I'm going to be disgusted AND sickened.

It's half past three and Ched has not said "I like tits."

Well, I like tits. I like them a lot. What's wrong with you Ched - our tits not good enough for you or something?

Not only that, but Mandaric has been very quiet on the whole tit topic too.

Do I smell a tit consiracy?

If GM walked out this morning why is he desperate to keep him?
Surely if he stays now it will have ruined any working relationship they had.

What MM really means is he's desperate to get as much compensation as possible.

Yep

Plus a chance for some top quality 'Mandaric Outraged etc.' publicity

consty me old mucker, nice to hear from you. You've been messing with those drug dealers again if you're latest ramble is anything to go by.

Are you seriously trying to say that MM is working for nothing? He's only here to make a fat pile of cash from us. That's the only purpose to his ownership of this club. I don't give LCFC my money looking for a profit. He does. As far as I'm concerned, that makes me and many thousands of others, greater benfactors to this club than him.

He's increasing the clubs debts not reducing them. If he walked away today, we'd be in a far worse state than the day he arrived. Both in terms of finance and reputation.

Brown Nose, didn't know you liked to hear from me as I thought you'd put me on your 'ignore' list. However you appear to have seen sense. My post wasn't a ramble, it's pretty fluent, though I say so myself.

Your argument about MM is far too crude & reductionist. Of course he doesn't want to lose money (who does?), but he can only have come in here knowing it is going to be a tall order - and very likely an expensive one - to get LCFC into the premiership & therefore profit. If he was after money alone you seem to forget that in going for LCFC he was forgoing the opportunity to make more money with much less effort much more easily in virtually anything else in any other field. Therefore, think about it & wake up from your easy MM scapegoating. Moreover if he was after easy money as you are kind of implying he surely would have known that it could well take more than a year, as now seems certain. Thus big losses and big debts are what face him. You are slightly ridiculous in saying you are greater benefactor than him. You are not, you are a supporter paying the going rate to see this poor value for money product (ditto, same as I). I wouldn't say Manderic is a 'benefactor' - clearly he is an investor - but in the short term he is certainly a benefactor because it is all outgoings and no incomings for him. He is increasing the debts of the club as you say, but he is LIABLE for them - and it is he who will have to pay them off. He cannot just walk away without doing so. The man is a successful mulit-millionaire well into retirement age who wishes to bring success into another area - but he's clearly chosen one that would give him pleasure, otherwise he might as well have invested in frozen food. He wants to succeed and he wants to please the fans. It's costing him time, money and a huge amount of hassle. This stunning lack of appreciation and outright defamations with words like 'poison' & 'charlatan' a way off the mark. Manderic is no Abromovich, or even Jack Walker, but he is putting his money where his mouth is and quite a lot of it at that. Unless he stops investing I would get off his back - he is doing what he said he would in all good faith; He has been unlucky with the Martin Allen fiasco & then with only poor managers being on the market that have experience (Megson). You may well feel the Allen situation was a calamity of his own making but none of us know why he felt compelled to sack Allen but the time, effort, & money to do so for a 69 year old man lead me to be convinced he had compelling reasons. The crucial thing now is to find a damned good manager like he had with Rednapp. It will need to be a punt on a younger relatively unproven guy because the experienced available managers are all poor as far as I can see.

Cheers again BN, try some of the gear on the street. I rarely do, actually. Might do you some good, a kind of chemical ECT might improve the quality of your thinking. Sorry to be so vitriolic, but hey I'm sure you can take it seeings you like to dish it out.

No he won't, he will be ale to walk away whenever he likes, minus his innitial stake of course. It is the club that is liable for the debts not MM.
