He’s an excellent signing. Contrary to the belief of some, Iversen would be terrible in this current system.
Yeah Iversen is a good stopper but not a sweeper style keeper who inspires any confidence in passing it out.

Mads is the signing we needed.

He knocked a pass into Ricky P’s feet today that was stunning.

He’s a talented lad, he will 100% drop a massive bollock at some point but this kind of keeper is very in demand at the minute, we’ve found a good one for not much money and only 23 years old.

Sign of the times. Back in the day it would be desribed as a shrew move.

So come on then... How good is he? Is he a top keeper in the making or will he be exposed in the top league?

Really interested to know people's thoughts.

Man. Utd. Payed £44 million for Onana, Leicester payed £5 million for Hermansen, I think in the long run we got by far the better deal. I'm pretty close to saying that he's better than Onana already.

I think he’s superb. Mistakes will happen at this stage of his development but on the whole he’s the real deal.

He oozes confidence and backs it up with his performances .

It’ll be more of a question, Can we keep hold of him?

He’s very solid at this level. Decent shot stopper and can clearly play the Enzo way.

I feel his mistakes will be punished a lot more in the Prem, however.

Some of his distribution decisions are insane and will be exposed massively by better attacking players. The level of striker in the Championship has surprised me, it's utterly abysmal.

Having said that the rest of his game is very good and he has the makings of a top goalkeeper.

I like him.

I love his self-belief and consistency. It doesn't matter whether something he does works or not, he'll carry on. His distribution is excellent. No 'passing keeper' can avoid occasional errors. He's rarely caught out of position and his defenders trust him.

His shot stopping is very good but can improve. His presence in terms of claiming crosses is mediocre.

He could become a top keeper but he hasn't been tested yet. How will he handle conceding many more goals next season? How will he handle making many more mistakes too? The level of pressing and intelligence is totally different in the PL.

I'd be a little concerned about us going into next season without a senior back up keeper. Ward and Iversen don't count.

Any recruit would have to be able to play out and there aren't many older keepers like that about.
