Go to services (run... > then type services.msc)
Find the service that you think is the malware and stop it.
You should then be able to run spybot.
Anyone ever had something called Relevant Knowledge added without consent to their pcs?
I have and it's a sod to get rid of. I've disable the services but cannot actually delete the crap.
