At least he said he wouldnt put the club into administration. He is basically saying he might take a back seat and let someone else manage and make decisions ie Paul Aldridge.
Similar to the Sir John Hall/Freddy Shepard set up at Newcastle prior to Mike Ashley I am guessing.
I suppose this could mean that he wont inject further cash though.

Yes - it could mean that he will just sit on his hands, wait and see what happens - and hope to be able to sell at some not too distant time.

I think that he is just disappointed. it became clear quite early on in the season that, whilst he had talked of a three year plan, he was really looking for promotion in year one. Although many of us knew that this was not realistic, I do not believe that many, if any, were predicting relegation.
Milan is upset. As with any successful person, he has grown accustomed to saying, "I want", and getting. To have invested, not just a heap of cash, but also his heart into this club and, in the first year, being so unsuccessful, hurts. He is not, however, a quitter and I will be amazed if he doesn't bounce back more committed than ever.

He didn't talk of a three year plan. He always wanted to get promoted as soon as possible, he said he would consider it a failure if he didn't achieve it within three years.
