Morning folks, I have a problem with my machine at work and it's bugging me.

We have 4 machines here, we all use one particular programme (loaded on to each machine seperately) to book our jobs etc, but the data is retrieved from 1 machine.

In the past my computer has connected to this machine every morning at start-up no problem, however for several months now I am having to do it manually and it's starting to piss me off.

As you can see from the screen shot, the box is ticked to connect at logon, but it's not happening. My machine is always switched on AFTER the machine I need to connect to is switched on.

HELP!!

Does the user that you log on with have the right permissions to see the drive?

Is the machine that you are connecting to registered on the network before you connect your other machine

Has the password for the other PC changed since you mapped the drive?
Have you tried deleting the connection and remapping it?
Have you tried turning it off then back on again?

I believe so, because the other two machines connect to it no problem. (Hope that answers both questions)

No password as far as I am aware, see above about the other two connecting no probs.

Yes tried deleting the connection, and remapping. Still no joy

I've tried turning it off, on, hitting it with a ****ing hammer etc :icon_bigg
