Looking at his pedigree, I think he looks a better player than the overated Mattock, and can also play in midfield.

Wrong side of the divide, he's a slovak! I still think there will be a fair fe after him but might be worth a punt

I keep hearing his name, has anyone even seen him play? He's not even made so much as a sub appearance in League 1 this year - so how on earth is he good enough for the Championship? If Gilbert gets injured we're fecked basically - that is if Gilbert even signs.

IMO we need a couple of right backs and one left back to cover. We won't get anywhere in the Championship without a sturdy defence.

From what I remember he can play left and right back, but he's primarily a left back I think. Would be good as it kills two birds with one stone if he can cover right back as well.
