Many years ago I was talking to an Australian FA. official at a do that had nothing to do with football. When he found out I came from Leicester he asked if I had come across an Australian goalkeeper called Kalac. I exploded. "Spider Kalac. Spider Kalac. He was the worst goalkeeper I have ever seen for any team. The Radio Leicester commentator said "There stands Kalac with his head in his hands lets hope he doesn't drop it."
"Oh" said the Australian "he's one of my best friends."

Of course someone always points out he went on to play for Milan. I have always believed it was Milan, Illinois and not Milan Italy.
Incidentally does anyone know whether the legendary Radio Leicester comment is actually true.

One thing is surely true Schwarzer will improve the reputation of Leicester's Australian goalkeepers.

I thought it was the tv commentary. I definitely remember hearing that on the highlights.
