Homer,

I know this smacks of blind optimism, but do you think that this is actually forward planning by the board. They bring in an assistant manager with links to the club to gain some experience and step in, in case CL was either incredibly successful and moved on or was a total failure and sacked.

According to Thracian (!) Kelly's last stint as caretaker, of Wolves, led to 2 wins and a draw. Didn't he also take the Blackburn academy team to the FA Youth Cup Final.

Who knows, may be he is the next Martin O' Neil. :icon_eek:
