not a bad player but at 31 and only on loan i don't think he will solve long term problems. i'd be more excited by the return of weslowski.

Personally I'm not too worried about our longer term problems, the return of Weso could potentially solve them, it's the shorter term I'm more concerned with.

i see one of our main problems being that we have not gelled as a team, i don't see how bringin in a loan player that has no view to join on a permanent basis can help this.

He's a decent player but I don't think getting in another player on loan is the answer besides central midfield is not a place where we are short on options.

Fair does, you may well be right in saying that the main problem is the team has not 'gelled', I just feel Holland is class above what we currently have and we do not seem to be able to dominate the centre of the park. I'd personally love to see a midfield consisting of Sylla/Hamil, Holland, Hughes, Smith (when available).
