So you think the level he was playing at before his injury isn't good enough for the Premier League?

Where were we in the league during this stint?

Good lad but I hope we have moved on and his time at Leicester has passed. Hope he does well at Barnsley and gets a good permanent move out of it.

He was always rated as an outstanding talent as a youngster at Old Trafford - but got a reputation as injury-prone, which on the face of it has been borne out by his nightmare over the last couple of years. He kept Drinky out of the team in 14/15 and was looked comfortable at the top level until that freak accident took him out.

Though it's likely that those injuries have taken the edge and a yard of pace off his game, it's good to see that in the six games he has started for Barnsley, he's not been subbed once.

I hope that he improves and gets back into the team.

If Matty James gets back to something near full fitness then he is our third best central midfielder. If you remember the great escape he had some seriously good games alongside Cambiasso.

And people forget this very quickly. He was very good in multiple matches.

I was driving from Niort to Angouleme yesterday evening before the match and saw a big removals van with the name "Matthew James" on the sides. I knew it was a good omen for the night right then.

He was playing against Ipswich, who are complete shit.

The ship has sailed for MJ at Leicester

That depends on who the next manager is.
