I remember a lot of Leicester fans saying that Kisnorbo was shit.

i think you'll find that he used to be shite, but now he's alright

:018:

Thought Kisnorbo was a good solid defender who occasionally got caught out positionally. As for Gradel, he has potential but I've seen it so many times before. The majority of rave reviews from leicester fans were based on his free-kick versus the MK Dons and the odd step over. When the winter months come and he has 15 stone defenders kicking him up in the air, it'll be interesting to see if he remains interested. Good luck to the lad.

Before Kisnorbo got injured, the word on the street was he was going to Everton in that summer....he had a torrid time in midfield to start with..but when switched to centre half he was outstanding for us.

So the bit Bazzles about Leicester fans thinking he was shit does not add up.

Nope, total rubbish. Nobbo was rock. Still is. Only reason he didn't get a new deal was because it wouldn't have made sense: he'd been injured for the best part of a year.

Considering the typical ****wit Leeds fans we have had visit our forums it is no surprise that Bazzles has heard that Kisnorbo was shit for us.

oh no, does this mean that The Whites will be making a return?? Please say it isnt so :icon_sad:

I think Gradel was a good signing for Leeds, he was a skillful player with a lot of energy and I think he will have a good footballing career in front of him. Like others have said, though he was a bit tempermental on the pitch for us, but his family circumstances might have had something to it.

Like others have stated, Kisnorbo is a decent defender, but was played out position by Levein, in midfield and had a torrid time there, When he went to center back he was pretty good. I think the reason we sold him is because of his dodgy knee.

I didn't rate Kisnorbo, maybe he knows me? I thought he (Kisnorbo) was slow and only appeared good because he made a few last ditch tackles, despite the fact if he'd reacted quicker in the first place or read the game better he wouldn't have had to.

I can't get my head around the thought that but for (yet another) injury Paddy could well have lined up for the Aussies against Germany - and quite possibly looked more convincing than that Thelma and Louise pairing in England shirts.

Hobbsy for England! :icon_cool

I agree, except that Kisnorbo wasnt sold, we never offered him a new deal so he was released.
