McCarthy to Fulham?

I think, along with Stearman, McCarthy is another excellent prospect who has been ruined by the RK effect. Under a decent ball breaking manager I think McCarthy could come back well.

You might have a point there. There's several players who have certainly played a lot better in the past and yet this season have been utter pap.

I think Paddy is often rash, and gets himself into the book by opening his gob far too many times. He should never have been made captain either.

But I'd rather have a player with his attitude than the likes of Stephen Hughes and Alan Maybury.....

If he's still here next season let's see what happens, maybe with a new coaching team those players who have disappointed us this time round(if they are still here of course) will prove themselves good enough.

I think with a manager in the Billy Davies, Pauk Jewell mold we would see 11 different players out there. I think the difference would be as dramatic as moving Paddy to defence from midfield.
