What is it with birds at Christmas? Always bone ****ing dry!!!! Try as I like I cannot get one moist. Is it me? Even after a good roasting, still dry as a bloody bone, I must be doing something wrong. I've tried rubbing stuff into the breasts, stuffing it from all angles but nothing seems to get it moist.
