Metal bound wedding photo album

Me and the missus are going to visit our potential wedding photographer on Saturday and he doesn't offer high quality albums as part of his package, instead he provides a full CD of royalty free high resolution images so that we can use them as we choose (this is one of the reasons I like him).

The other half would like a metal cover, preferably with a picture etched or engraved on it.

Does anyone know of anywhere that does this service? Ideally we would like it printed to our design, rather than a blank album to put printed photos in.

Probably worth speaking to photo labs like Jessops to see if they offer something like this, they do other specialist things from memory so it may be worth a shot. I also know someone who is in the trade for specialist photo products too so I'll ask him and come back to you.

I might try it, though the boss might not be please.

I am planning on a repeat though with a bigger bottle and more mints to see if the reaction is noticeably bigger.

What you need is a 2-litre bottle, pin-hole through the MENTOS and suspend it just inside and hidden by the stopper, and then (most importantly) a complete innocent to open the bottle.

Cheers, ideally she wants one that we can get printed, similar to myphotobook.co.uk but with better covers. However something like those will do in the case we can't get her first choice.
