Nice to follow up the West Ham game with another good defensive showing. Very nearly gifted it to them with another schoolboy error from Morgan though. MOM rightly was Robert Huth. I think Claudio made a mistake not starting Gray and Albrighton earlier personally but at least we didn't lose and are starting to look a bit more organised and capable of defending properly.

Didn't really understand the team selection, less so when he made the subs. Started the game with no width and then brought on 3 wingers.

I was impressed with Mendy, seemed to sit in front of the back four nicely and shield well. He looks like he could be a very good partner for Drinkwater. Huth was excellent.

Middlesbrough were very poor and definitely there for the taking, I think the way we played shows the lack of confidence throughout the side particularly away from home, pretty toothless and fairly negative. But a point and a clean sheet. 4 points and 2 clean sheets in the last two games, can't complain too much.

Not too bad. Boro were poor and we looked a bit confused with thr change of system but happy with 4 points and 2 clean sheets from these two.

Let's be honest, it was utter shit in terms of a footballing display.

A good defensive display by the midfield and defenders but we really do give the opposition shut loads of respect.

Lowest scoring home team in the league and we setup and play as though they are an absolute threat.

Can't complain with the outcome really as I said I would take draw but just fed up of us letting even newly promoted sides dictate the play against us.

We were lucky today that Boro couldn't score in a teenage brothel. Any decent team would have put us away.

Interesting reading the array of comments on our midfield and attack. For me Mendy was off pace and didn't know what to do with the ball when he got it. Amartey was okay especially in the second half but didn't start well. King was anonymous in the first half but played the best of our midfield in the second.

Okazaki was completely by-passed and his strength - pressing players - is completely wasted when partnered with Ulloa and Mahrez one who tries hard to press but hasn't the pace and the other who is too lazy to press. Ulloa is a great 3rd choice striker but that's all he is at Prem level. Mahrez is lazy and his lack of effort in training is apparent. If he wants to be mentioned anywhere near Messi he has a world of work to do. Messi would have scored 5 and made 6 today against a rightfully relegation fighting Boro.

Our defence did well, at least what we'd expect from them but were lucky to be against an incompetent attacking team. Kasper didn't need to make 1 let alone his usual 2 game saving saves.

Overall we deserved the point and any point away from home is decent. We should be killing teams like Boro though and that was only paritally excused by playing a second string midfield and a third string attack.

I watched the game and it was shit. Two sides obviously happy with a point that does **** all good for either of us as we still have to play decent teams. A good chance to beat a shit side and we served that up as some players were tired. We are the total opposite of last seasons side this season.
