We took the train down to the Den
Feeling scared all the time
Celebrated quietly when Lenny scored
Was the summer spring of '69
Last week in January is winter!

A few changes, bring in some of the fringe players. I'd start Albrighton, Marcal and Stolarcyk. Give them a run out.

Then it's another week before we play Coventry who are on a great run of form and will want to avenge the first day of the season.

Daka, Kelechi, Ndidi and Souttar gone means we're lighter before. I'm looking forward to Cannon pushing on. But would also be careful as he's our only fit and available striker.

Make as many changes as possible. This season is all about promotion. The FA Cup isn’t important.

Stolarcyk, Choudhury, Nelson, Coady, Marcal, Albrighton, should all be involved. Play some of the kids too or at least fill the bench with them. Doyle should also be given a start.

Albrighton Akgun Dewsbury-Hall Marcal
Cannon

Looks the most likely line up. Hermansen seems to have been given extra time off as was posting about going around London yesterday after training so I reckon he'll get the weekend off and Ward will be on the bench.

Dewsbury-Hall got a rest on Monday so can come back in. Casadei was a bit deeper second half against Huddersfield and I think might suit a slighly deeper role. It's worth seeing if he can cover for Winks there.

He's nowhere near as mobile as Winks, has no pace, I can't see that working out.

Plus Winks is a great example of ‘the first yard is in your head’. Sublime awareness and balance.

Butch on the other hand….

….is barely out of nappies and not so worldly experienced, but hey, let’s just write him off!
