Confirmed Transfer Mitchell Clark to Accrington

Leicester City defender Mitchell Clark has signed for Sky Bet League One side Accrington Stanley on a free transfer.

The 22-year-old joined City in July 2019 from Aston Villa and has enjoyed numerous loan spells at Port Vale during his time at the Club.

An international with Wales at Under-17 and Under-19 level, Clark made 61 appearances for the League Two side in all competitions over three loan spells.

He will now link up with John Coleman’s side, who sit fourth in League One, and are next in action against MK Dons on Saturday 28 August (3pm kick-off).
