Great long ball over the top from Thomas, brought down really well by Perez who then calmly places it in the bottom corner. 2-0.
 
I know he’s the cause of much debate on here, but I’m a big fan of Luke Thomas. Really think there’s a player in there.

He is an excellent player. He's proved this time and again. We over played him and he lost his confidence but there is a very useful footballer in there.

We’ve leaned on him too heavily at times….this upcoming period being a perfect example. He’s our only option at left back until Ricardo is back.
 
Dull, scrappy stuff, but we are well in control here

Faes looks way off the pace
 
That was an ideal half for us. We played with good pace and energy and MK let us.

We look shaky defensively and would be in trouble against a decent opponent. But our best player has been Thomas. He looks like a new man. Much more forceful in posession and two excellent passes to create both goals.
 
Good to see we're making light work of it so far.

Get another nd make some subs, rest players. Use it like a pre season game. How many subs can we make?
