Mobile phone advice needed - pretty please :-)

I know nothing about mobile phones except that I have used them for years and my current one, a Nokia 6300, is a pile of poo.

OK, I've got a choice from the following. (Actually, I've got a bigger choice but these are all FREE upgrades!). Any comments on ones to go for or ones to avoid?

Don’t get the C902. It’s the worst phone I have ever experienced!

Cybershot is what I've got and I'm happy with it. Did you have any problems in particular?

I had it when it first came out and i couldn't possibly go into the long list of faults it has without taking up several pages and swearing....a lot!

I'm led to believe you'll get the internet anywhere
