According to Sky Sports we managed to win the league with a wage bill lower than 70% of the league, it sort of puts our recent target acquisitions into perspective.

I still think we should continue to recruit young hungry players and players who have a point to prove that is what has brought us the greatest success over the past 5 years.

Which is why I think a player like Iheanacho could be so good for us, as a Man City reject, the same as players like Huth, Albrighton and Schmeichel.

Agreed it is still staggering what we have achieved as a club the foundations were probably laid down when we were in league one, Iheanachio is exactly the type of player we need/
