He looks like a good athlete and we haven't spent money on players unless they are quality recently. Gallagher and Hobbs being the only ones i can think of that we've actually spent money on. Shows a good bit of faith in him. We've missed a dominant defensive midfielder who's really mobile for quite a while (in fact the last really decent ones we had were probably lennon and savage who broke up play and then prompted taylor etc forward! hopefully he's in the same league!

lennon was a box to box player - good example of a mobile tackling midfielder imo. Remember him making lots of defensive interceptions and dictating the pace without necessarily getting into the box too much. anyone who can give king and wellens license is what we're after.

We were understrength, still are. Just because we've bought players in doesn't mean I have to be happy about the perceived suitability does it?
