Young'ns will vote for Sheep...old fogies will vote for Trees

i thought we dealt with this topic a couple of weeks back, old firm forest new blood derby and depending wher in the county you're from cov etc.etc.

or did i imagine it, and wombat is right, maybe someone is lacing my brekkie bowl with scrumpy :D :D :D

As a 40 year old 'lad', I've been on my fair share of benders over the years, however I only got so drunk that I couldn't stand up, once, and you've guessed it...that was on scrumpy! Poured straight from a cask on the back of the Devon bar, a mate & I quaffed a few pints (4 or 5) of this cloudy, sweet apple nectar. "Time" called the landlord, and as we tried to rise from our bar-stools we both found our legs had turned to jelly, and we literally had to crawl back to the caravan site on our hands & knees, giggling like demented morons. Now Cornishsoulfox, pass the cornflakes!

Not me....must have been another good looking & charming Canadian in a City shirt! I come over 2 or 3 times a year. Last season I came for the opening game at the new stadium against Watford, & stayed for Reading the week after. Came back for the Forest game ( I hate those fookers ...what a demoralizing defeat we handed the Brazil of the Nationwide!) towards the end of the season.

we broke into filbert street for a farewell to the kop after norwich game, we were flying canadian flags as one of our lot had a brother over from toronto, his last name is keating brother of george, i don't know his 1st name, but you now have the basis of a toronto branch with two of you

Canada is much better than America for football, being a Commonwealth nation. We get two matches from the premiership live on Saturday mornings (10am our time = 3pm UK time). For big International matches we have to go to one of several pubs in Toronto, who get a sattelite feed & charge $10 (5 quid) admission. I was in one such pub (The Duke of Gloucester) to watch an LCFC cup tie about 3 years ago, and sitting a few tables down from me was a lad, late 20's in a white Leicester away shirt. We struck up a conversation, swopped phone numbers & have been good mates ever since. The pub is about 50% Liverpool, with the rest being split between the top London teams & us two Foxes (no Forest or Derby ever spotted- LOL!). After reading your message Cornish, I'll keep an eye open round Toronto for a new City shirt with K-E-A-T-I-N-G on the back!

Maybe we should concentrate on getting our own house in order before expending energy on hating othere teams, as it goes i dont hate any other club.

My most hated rival has to be Dennis Jenkinson who constantly tried to best me when I was traveling around the world in a hot air balloon. It would not have been so bad if he had tried to beast me.

Fortunately this poll has earned me more gambling money.

we are concentrating on our own, everyone hates carl cort

The poll is from 2003, after we finished 2nd and they were 3rd, and their manager said nasty things about us.

But in hindsight, and after taking the bluetinted specs off, he had a bit of a point didn't he :icon_wink

Even if he were a **** at the time.

Some of the things the likes of wanker said about us at the time were untrue - like saying we'd made no attempt to sell any players, when we sold everyone we could and made several available for free. The real villains were w*s* and his agent, but they got away without criticism from anyone other than Leicester fans.
