Multiple movie files to one DVD

I've got around twenty MP4 files that I want to put onto one DVD as a movie playable in standard DVD players.

If necessary I can convert the MP4 files into AVI or something else first. Ideally each movie file will be a separate chapter on the resulting DVD.

Anyone know of any software, ideally free, that will achieve this? Windows or Linux will do - thanks.

How long are the films? I've never found software that does this and with a 100% success rate. I've always had some dd player that wouldn't play them. I used the Adobe software, encore I think, but it isn't free.

About five minutes each. They are music videos.

Could you not just use Windows Movie Maker? It's basic, I know, but it does the job and I've never had a DVD that I've burnt with it not play on a DVD player, not that I've had the need to use it for a good few years.

Depends if you want it as a DVD with menus etc or if you are just happy with a file list?

If you're happy with just a list of files then just use something like imgburn

I'd like a menu so I can choose which chapter to go to. As long as it selected the right chapter a file list would suffice though. Thanks.

On a side note, doesn't it take an age to process a video file - never mind several at once?!!!
