Have to say I am not a fan of Kasabian but even so, what is the point of playing their track just because they are Lestoh if it isn't appropriate or punchy.

It was exactly the bit of the song I suspect it would be. Made my afternoon seeing the idiots line up for the dance and then nothing came. The idea is to be unique and in ideal world, there would be no music at all. It works superbly in German stadiums however and is certainly not cheesy.

Had to chuckle at one of the RL callers saying that when Chelsea Dagger didn't come on no-one knew what to do and instead of celebrating they all just sat down (not how I remember it), have we really come to this?

I don't care either way - I was too busy cheering and shouting and celebrating with my mates to notice the music to be honest. It was hilarious to see some of the mongies doing a slow motion version of their dagger dance though.

I might be talking bollocks, but it seems to me that any song played after we score just seems to disrupt any atmosphere that has been built up, rather than enhance it. Fair enough, it is very noisy when people join in with Dagger or Fire, but it then sometimes there is a bit of a lull- surely it would flow a bit better if there wasn't any music and we could just do what we wanted?

My biggest issue is that after the goal they take ages to play the goal horn and then they stick the music on, which means it doesn't even start till about 30 seconds after we've scored, and I'm usually done jumping around and shouting my head off by then.

I'd rather have no music, but if they are intent on playing some they should at least stick it straight on!

I know you read this site because everyone does apparently, so happy birthday. Can you do a cover of 'smack my bitch up' or 'chelsea dagger' to be played after goal celebrations? This should keep the mongies happy and allow them to do their dance at full speed, and as their self appointed king, this would please me and I will release one of my prisoners. Win, win for everyone.

Why the feck do they bother with playng anything? No fecker is particulary bothered if they didn't and everyone seemed to cope perfectly fine before they started playing some moronic song after a goal,now it sems to do is create arguments as to what they should play etc.Isn't us scorng a goal enough ?
