O'Shea is one of the worst defenders I've ever seen on a pitch. They must have an academy prospect who is better than him. A truly awful player and yesterday's performance about summed him up.

And...he's the only outfield player to play every minute of every game for his team this year. No wonder they are struggling.

The points per game required is still 34...three wins. However, the significance of this is devalued with our fixtures against QPR, Burnley and Sunderland.

The next set of fixtures is interestingly as it is only ourselves and Burnley (away to Everton playing). A win with a three goal swing (unlikely) would see us outside the relegation zone or a point would lift us off the bottom. It would all leave it very close with fixtures of the following:

Burnley v Leicester
Palace v Hull
QPR v W.Ham
Stoke v Sunderland.

Only really Hull in that set you would probably say have a tough fixture.
