Leicester City have taken former Queens Park Rangers striker Richard Pacquette on trial.

Pacquette is looking for a new club after being released by Rangers at the end of last season.

The 21-year-old played against Leicester in pre-season while on trial at Partick Thistle and impressed Foxes boss Micky Adams.

Pacquette is set to feature for Leicester in a reserve clash with Norwich on Monday evening so that Adams can have a closer look at him.

If Pacquette impresses during his time at the club he could earn himself a deal at the Walkers Stadium.

I watched QPR a few times while I was at Uni in London and to be quite frank he is awful.

He was thier 5th choice striker last season in division 2 and I have no clue whatsoever what he id doing here.

I was at the Partick friendly and they did have a striker on loan who caused us problems , dont know if it was him though because he looked a lot older than 21.
