Perhaps it should have been given to Jason Wilcox, then...........

Yeah, I think that's why he doesn't seem like an 11, he doesn't seem like a proper winger.

.... because he plays narrow to the wide man on the right. ;)

Re: Squad Numbers 2005/6

By giving Stewart, Canero and Heath higher numbers, it seems to hint an awful lot about the future they have at the club in my opinion

Yup, 18 players there, 1 of whom will never play (Lee Morris), and 3 who havn't had any real chance to play before (Sheehan, O'Grady and Logan).

Plus you've then got Wilcox and Dublin who are too old to be able every game, and Tiatto will get a load of suspensions and injuries.

Definetely worrying.

Is Joey going then?

Didn't realise he was one of the players CL is looking to get rid of.

Anyway, if four players do come in the squad will be the size CL said it would be when he talked about it a few months ago, so this is what I was expecting. We'll just have to hope we're lucky with injuries, any more than 4-5 players injured or suspended at the same time and we could be in trouble.

There are rumours on Stoke fans' sites saying he could move. After Stewart going it would not surprise me. :) :) ;)

Get ready for a rare sight here people!

No, your eyes do not decieve you. That is Lee Morris actually training! Sure to be the only time this season

to be fair ipswich had a squad of very similar size last season and finished 3rd - just going to show its quality not quantity. also we've got a lot of very versatile players - i think kisnorbo can play CB, tiatto LB/LW/DM, sylla LB/LW, Maybury RB/LB etc so levein can do plenty of shuffling in the event of injuries and suspensions
