I doubt very much if has any connection with whether a new striker is coming in or not. It has clearly been decided that N'Guessan doesn't fit the bill and the club want to give him the opportunity to get a game elsewhere (and perhaps save a bit on his wages).

We will have a new striker coming whether he goes on loan or not. He is not in Svens plans.

We can more or less forget N'Guessan now and he'd actually be doing rather well for himself if this move became permanent in January. On his day he's strong in the air, quick and a constant threat. More often though he's ineffective and spends most of his time running into trouble.

I know Dany is not in Sven's plans and this loan or another like it may have been in the mix in recent times. What I meant about the new striker coming in was that numbers wise, with Fernandes arriving, we will just be a striker short of a full squad so as Dany leaves a striker could come in. But I might be just a bit hopeful though as it has just dragged on so the sooner this striker arrives the better.

You're making it too complicated. The two things are not connected.

Not sure what Fernandes has got to do with it either.
