Your right, he's not a bad manager, but he's not great either, he is an average manager and you could've done alot worse he spent too long here and maybe in new surrondings will recover the ability that had him tipped for big things when we got promoted to the prem

He stopped us from getting relegated and did a good job for a certain time but then he just seemed to lose the plot totally. He has his favourites aswell and falls out with others. Apparently he fell out with Mackay (our best defender in my opinion) and thats why we got shot of him, so hes not afraid to dump players regardless of their stature/importance to the side. Just beware
