Anyone looked at this? The next revolution in gaming. Motion sensing controls, Online gaming, Access to 'old Nintendo content' i.e. downloadable games from the N64, SNES, NES eras... also backwards compatible with Gamecube software and apparently old GC controllers/memory cards. WiFi wireless connection to Nintendo DS and internet.. can play DVDs..

I think Nintendo has got good plans in store for this console..

Definately looking forward to alot of the stuff that is being lined up for release on launch, particularly Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Zelda: Twilight Princess here.

Anyone getting one? Or are the gamers here jumping on the PS3 bandwagon...?

I would probably wait for the PS3. I expect the Wii to set a new standard due to the type of controller, but the PS3 is supposed to be much better on the graphics, and overall power

it is.. it's also about three times the price =/..

I don't think I am going to bother with it myself.. I had a PS2 and the only game I enjoyed for it was Pro Evo 4.. then that series was released for Xbox so now at the moment I have a 360.. which I would have traded in by now if it wasn't for Halo 3 =/

hopefully I can flog it to my brother or something and he'll buy Halo3..

i would even consider buying a 360 just for that game. i doubt the PS2 version will be up to much in comparison and it'll be a while before it's available on ps3.

on the topic of Halo 3.. I don't think it's due 'til next year. Halo 2 is still about the best game I've got for my 360, and obviously it's an oriignal xbox release so I'm not particularly happy with the 360 myself but having said that I don't really wanna miss out on Halo 3. Basically if my brother wants to buy it off me it's sold...

My favourite game ofall time would have to go to the first Metroid Prime on Gamecube.

i reckon ps3 will be out in December. Pro Evo 5 was released in october last year. Not sure how long they will give developers to make games for it. will they be doing it already?

There is usually only a handful of games available when a console first comes out. and as Codemasters will be busy putting together the xBox, 360 and PS2 versions i doubt we'll see a decent release of pro evo 6 on PS3. we'll have to wait til next year.

not that i'll have a ps3 so i'm not too fussed.

I'll be getting this for the 360, I read somewhere that the 360 version is going to be out slightly later than the PSP/PS2 versions though. I dunno how much truth there is in that...

not so much anymore-for the premier league on pro evo 5 all the player names were real but the team names werent except arsenal and chelsea-all italian and spanish clubs and players are licensed
