Subs; Schwarzer, De Laet, Benalouane, King, Inler, Mahrez, Ulloa

Schlupp ahead of Mahrez is a strange choice for a game such as this if you ask me but I do like that defensive line up a lot. Ulloa is very unlucky not to make the starting 11.

Or, in English, "We really can't afford to ship as many goals as we did last week. Hopefully these two might actually be able to stop something."

I do think Fuchs has a really good delivery though. Some excellent balls against West Ham.

So Schlupp operating as an orthodox left winger in place of Mahrez, ( is he injured), and Simpson for RDL, which has been coming. The defensive set up looks much stronger with Simpson and Fuchs completing a more solid looking back four.

Like this. Mahrez to come on in the 65th minute to get the final two goals.

Oof. Very risky leaving Mahrez out and bringing Simpson in. Hope it pays off.

Glad to see Fuchs starting though.

Mahrez has payed the price for his performance last week, same as RDL, would have thought Mahrez had a little more credit in the bank though

Surprised with the team, obviously Mahrez on the bench is a strange one. Pleased to see Kante in the middle again though and Fuchs in at LB.

Maybe away from home he intends to use Mahrez second half to run at defended?

Can't understand it meeself like.

Schlupp and Okazaki were even worse than Mahrez and stayed in tbf and haven't contributed anywhere near as much this season.

It seems odd to drop someone who's started the season so sensationally on one poor performance. If it pays off great! But Ranieri is certainly setting himself up for a fall by dropping him if it doesn't pay off.

Second half secret weapon? But who will he replace? If Ulloa comes on doe Okazaki you need Albrighton to stay on to pride the crosses for Ulloa, so it would have to be for Schlupp.

Maybe Mahrez has a slight injury that's affected his performances recently. He wasn't great in his previous game either, despite getting a goal and an assist.

Perhaps it's tactical? Feck knaas

Okasaki gets the nod due to the huge amount of work he gets through. This highlights that we really need a quality right back.
Norwich to win though. They'll want it far more than us.
