Oakley at the back end of last season, the last 5-10 games or so was by far and away our best midfielder. However, with the likes of Fernandes, Danns etc being brought in I don't think he'll get a chance.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see him have a decent run of form at Derby, good luck to him.

Why is everyone so keen for him to leave? According to Sven he's a great influence on the players and a good person to have around the club. If he was playing week in, week out and he was crap, I could understand why people would be happy to see him go, but he's not playing... I just don't understand all the glee surrounding the possibility of him leaving? Why does it even matter when he can't make the bench? It's always good to have players with a bit of experience around the club, and if we go through a major injury crisis, it's always good to have experienced players who can fill in.
