I don't think anyone would have minded who was on if it had been a low key thing. But the club have built it up so much they got us expecting a huge star to come.

Fabulous this is too - I loved the Peter Green Fleetwood Mac era, following the split-up of the John Mayall Bluesbreakers at that time. What you had then was a gutsy and bluesy band, not any of the Tango in the night trite which soon followed.

Peter Green, one of the greatest guitar players ever IMO....
