I'm looking to open an online betting account to experiment with, and was wondering which company would be the best one to open an account with.

I have a Ladbrokes account, but I'd like to try something different.

I've narrowed it down to Betfair, BlueSquare and Paddy Power. These ae basically because they have websites optimised for iPhone. Any idea which of the three has the widest variety of games to bet on? Easiest to use?

Never used them on a phone, but I used to like Paddy Power, a few years ago before I decided to stop donating my money to bookies.
