I've been waiting 22 mins so far for someone to answer the phone.

Apparantly they are "receiving a high number of calls" - strangely this happens every time I choose to call, I must be unlucky.

32 mins - I wonder if they actually employ any customer service advisors?

Must admit, I've never waited more than a couple of minutes and even that is as a result of the appalling automated menu system. Mind you, I'm a business customer so maybe they treat us better!
 
I gave up after 45 mins.

I type in the phone number (new phone) on their website and it says I need to register. When I click to register it says it's already registered. And so it goes round and round.

I've given up.

Ring cancellations (customer retention). They'll sort it out sharpish.
