Outlook Calendar Export

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I need to export my outlook calendar but I need it to look pretty much like it does in the weekly/monthly view in outlook. I can print it in this ofrmat but I cant email it out.

I can manage to export the data to Excel but I would like to somehow export it to Word so that it looks like a proper calendar rather than a spreadsheet. Is there a way of doing this?

Basically I want to email my calendar to a number of people, we do shared calendars etc but we are trying to formulate our operational plan for the forthcoming year and need to be able to do this.

Any help would be appreciated, sorry for the poorly worded request

Can you not export it in a format that everyone can use to import into their own calendar rather than go through an intermediate step to view the calendar?
