That's Kenny Burns, i think Fletch is in charge of the football on century and has been on holiday :!:

1-0 City Benji pen

i didn't think it was possible but there is a worse tv station for football coverage then channel 5-SAB tv! no replays, no record of score or time, one camera, forest reject who kept saying kingfisher to get himself some free beer. i guess it would of only been worse if you paid money to see it

Did anyone else think that 'the commentator' was in love with Scott Gemmill?
Everything he did was world class, he couldn't do a thing wrong. best prospect in football.

Anyway, the gold kit looks poo IMO

Gemmil was praised everytime he touched the ball & i dont even think he did that well. There should have been another commentator and the camera was appaling, very slow to react to where the ball was going!

Overall, i think Bengal did quite well, they should have punished us twice with Bhutia coming close on both occasions. I thought it was a good workout...Stearman looks more solid than Heath! :P

Chance of our first major trophy( ) in years...I can feel the excitement building...christ I could wet myself, but I won't.
I never thought our reserves would beat a class side like East Bengal, but we have a great chance of silverware now, it makes you proud doesn't it!

gold kit? Its still bloody beige and definitely looks it on tv...

This is the team playing against Mallorca this afternoon:

Walker
Makin, Heath, Dabizas, Wilcox
Scowy, Nalis, Williams, Stewart
Dublin, Connolly

Subs: Clark, Morris, Canero, Gemmill, Stearman, Gudjonsson, Gillespie, Benjamin, Blake.

I imagine that will probably be the team for next week too, except Keown in place of Dabizas or Heath and Gudjonsson instead of Nalis. Canero maybe too?
