It seems ridiculous to me that when sacking someone an employer can ensure they aren't allowed to take certain jobs within a time period. Why would anyone agree to this? And if they don't agree how can it be forced upon them when they are the ones being sacked?

I doubt Mr Taylor would be able to get another league job anyway, but the point still stands.
