What is going on with are pitch?

Is is in awlful condition....is it because of cut backs

I thought our pitch was looking very good yesterday, considering it's Feburary and had to endure winter and 6 months of football.

The pitch would probably be better if we shared with them because the investment would have been made in a proper hard wearing pitch .
