Oh, thought that meant Reading couldn't catch us at all. D'oh, was ready to cross one of the list

They're pretty much there though, will be at the weekend at least. So it's only really 'Boro and Blackpool we're looking at anyway

And Swansea - they could do us a favour and lose all three.

From what I'm reading, the Malaysians are starting to splash the cash. Even got Hamaan in this week to discuss buying him out. Says so in the NOTW so must be true.

Rhydal. Who do you want in the play-offs? Out of Swans, us, Blackpool and Boro (or F*rest I suppose)?
It's a toughie. Ideally the Jacks will drop to 7th and then it's either you or Blackpool (Middlesboro mathematically but doubtful) in the semis.
I just hope we can keep our players fit to have a fighting chance whoever we play. If the Jacks are involved I'd rather meet them in the semis, as a final at Wembley could be a nightmare.
Other than that, no preference.

Interesting.

Assuming we get into the playoffs and assuming we finish either 5th / 6th, I think I'd prefer your lot to F*rest. Hopefully get a result at home and then we're due a result at your place.

But, no chickens are being counted, no plans are being made and even if we lose the remaining three and finsih 8th, I'd still be delighted with the season as a whole.

For me Reading won't catch us now. Blackpool have 3 very winnable games coming up and I see them as the main threat, Forest at home I can see them winning as Forest have a woeful away record, Posh away again is very winnable and then Bristol at home who will having nothing to play for, so I wouldn't be suprised to see them take 9 points. Swansea again don't have the most tough run in, Barnsley at home on sat is a win then I think they travel to Sheff Utd who will have nothing to play for before finishing with a home game. The only other side with a chance is Boro but they still have to play us and travel to WBA on Sat. So having looked at all this I think that it is a three horse race for 5th and 6th between Blackpool, Swansea and Leicester. If we win on Sat then I think we should be about there but if we don't then I think it could be a very nervy last couple of games.

If it was you v Swansea you really should play the final at the Millennium, save you all travelling down the M4......

I couldn't give a toss who we are playing in the play-offs as long as we beat them.
